What am I actually buying?
The complete source and a license key. Website templates are plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no build step; video templates are code projects you re-render yourself. Each product page lists exactly what is in the box, including the README, LICENSE and CREDITS files.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Every product has a walkthrough video, and website templates have a live demo you can click through. The demo shows the template exactly as it ships, with placeholder content.
Which license do I need?
Personal covers one website (yours or one client's). Commercial covers unlimited client and personal websites. Neither allows reselling or redistributing the template files as a template, theme or UI kit. The license page has the full wording.
Can I use it for client work?
Yes. With the Commercial license you can use a template on as many client websites as you like, and modify it freely. You may not resell it or publish the unmodified source in a public repository.
How can I pay?
bKash or Nagad Send Money, card or PayPal where the product page shows checkout as available, or an invoice request for agencies and bulk orders. Prices are shown in US dollars and Bangladeshi taka.
How fast do I get the download?
Automatic payments: right after the payment is confirmed. Manual bKash or Nagad payments: after we verify the TrxID, usually within 24 hours.
I lost my download link. What now?
Open Find my order and enter your order ID, your bKash or Nagad TrxID, or your card receipt number, together with the email you used. You get a fresh signed link. Links expire after 24 hours and allow a limited number of downloads, so come back for a new one any time.
Is my payment safe?
Card details go straight to our certified payment partner; we never see or store them. Downloads are served from private storage through signed, expiring links.
Is there a refund?
Yes. If a product is materially broken or not as described and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full within 7 days of purchase. Write to us with your order ID.
Do I need to know how to code?
Basic HTML is enough to change the text and images in a website template. Colors and spacing are CSS variables at the top of the stylesheet, documented in the README.
Do the contact and booking forms send email?
The forms in website templates validate in the browser and show a success message. Connect them to your own backend or a form service before going live; each README explains how.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Use the Invoice tab on any product page and tell us what you need. We reply with an invoice within one business day.
