Refund policy

Because templates are digital goods that are delivered immediately, we do not refund for a change of mind after download. We do refund in these cases, within 7 days of purchase:

• The template is materially broken, or does not match what the product page and demo show, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice, or the wrong template or license was delivered and we cannot correct it.

How to ask

Email taohidmd98@gmail.com with your order ID and a short description of the problem. We first try to fix it; if we cannot, we refund the full amount to the original payment method (bKash/Nagad refunds go back to the sending number). Refunded orders lose access to the download.

Timing

We answer within one business day. Card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
